- 1Chop onions and brown in butter.
- 2Mix spices, tomato paste and ginger to a paste and add to onions.
- 3Simmer on medium heat for a couple of minutes.
- 4Add cabbage.
- 5Stir, adding a bit of water as needed until cooked.
