"I found this with my Kasha Salad recipe. It is also good over cooked veggies, chicken, shrimp or anything you might want."

• Yields: 2 Cups

ingredients

• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄2 cups salad oil (I like a good quality olive oil)
• 1⁄2 cup wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
