I needed to knock together a marinade for two salmon fillets. If you have no bourbon then any whiskey (not scotch) will do.

Directions

  1. Crush Garlic.
  2. Mix together.
  3. Apply marinade to Fish, Beef or Pork fillets and leave in fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. When grilling baste with leftover marinade.
