  1. Very lovely bread. I did mine entirely in the breadmaker - it's a great texture.

  2. Great bread, texture and taste. Easy to make. Followed the recipe completely. I had the bread machine mix it up and then transferred the dough to a bread pan and baked in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Baking another loaf today. Thanks Ann.

  3. This is our new favorite everyday bread. Because I have a lot of a multi grain mix from the mill, I substituted 1 cup of the mix for all the grains and added 1 tablespoon of gluten. I also used butter instead of oil, powdered regular milk instead of powdered buttermilk, and honey instead of sugar. I made it completely in my bread machine, using a basic bread setting and a 2 pound loaf.

  4. This is a wonderful bread. I make at least one loaf a week. I use honey instead of sugar. I also use 12 grain cereal (instead of oatmeal), bread flour and instant bread machine yeast. I never bake bread in the machine so this goes in a 375 oven for about 40 minutes. It is delicious in a sandwich or toasted.
