This makes a really good multi-grain bread dough, very easy to handle. I didn't let the bread machine bake mine, I turned them into hamburger style rolls and then made tuna melts with them. Delicious. Nice crust and not excessively heavy. I had St John valley cereal (has cracked wheat, cracked rye and flax seed) and used it instead of the 9 grain cereal. I also added a little more water since my bread machine was knocking a bit. I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe, MandyJ.

  1. Place all ingredients in bread maker and set to brown bread medium crust.
  2. If you want to cook in the oven then 350 for 30-35 min or until hollow sounding.
