Directions

  1. Prepare canner, jars & lids.
  2. Combine mulberries & lemon juice.
  3. Whisk in pectin.
  4. Boil over high heat.
  5. Add sugar & return to boil.
  6. Boil hard for 1 minute.
  7. Remove from heat; skim off foam.
  8. Fill jars, leaving 1/4" headspace.
  9. Wipe off rim; place lids, screw on bands fingertip tight; process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
