This is Day 12: Breakfast, on the 21 day Wonder Diet. You must use the Bran And Cranberry Muesli Bran & Cranberry Muesli (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 4) from Day 4 for this. This breakfast is to be followed by a mid-morning snack of 2 corn thins and 1/2 small sliced tomato.
- 2⁄3 cup muesli, Bran & Cranberry Muesli (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 4)
- 1 small pear, sliced thinly
- 1⁄2 cup skim-milk fruit-flavoured yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk
- Serve muesli topped with pear, then yogurt and milk.
