Yet another version of muesli, from the "Betty Bossi"-cookbooks (kind of swiss Martha Stewart). Very easy to made and always a good breakfast and therefore a good start in the morning.


  1. Steam the sliced apple in lemon juice.
  2. Mix milk and yogurt in soup plate, add sliced apple and top with granola.

Great muesli! The chocolate flavour yogurt made the difference! I added some crushed almonds and raisins. A wordeful breakfast! Thanks for sharing with us. Made it for PAC Spring 2010!
