Yet another version of muesli, from the "Betty Bossi"-cookbooks (kind of swiss Martha Stewart). Very easy to made and always a good breakfast and therefore a good start in the morning.
- Steam the sliced apple in lemon juice.
- Mix milk and yogurt in soup plate, add sliced apple and top with granola.
Great muesli! The chocolate flavour yogurt made the difference! I added some crushed almonds and raisins. A wordeful breakfast! Thanks for sharing with us. Made it for PAC Spring 2010!
