Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed wheat cereal
  • 1 cup puffed corn cereal
  • 1 cup extruded natural bran
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup papaya, chunks chopped
  • 12 cup dried apple, sliced

Directions

  1. mix all ingredints.
  2. store in airtigh container.
  3. serve with milk or yoghurt and slices of fruit.
