- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup oat bran
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup chopped dried apple
- 1⁄3 cup chopped dried apricot
- 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Toss all ingredients together.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Eat as is, with milk; or soak overnight in water and serve hot or cold.
- Serving= 1/2 cup.
