    Directions:

      Cut fruit into small pieces.Mix fruit&grains together.

      do not cook or heat as this will destroy alot of the minirals.

      add equal amount of spring water to mix let soak over night.

      Add a little milk cold or warm (never hot)

      U can soak as much as u need for the week leave in the refrigirator

      It is a good idea to leave the dry mix in the refrigirator as well -- .
