  1. Line bottoms and sides of 2 loaf pans with paper towels. Tilt 2 glasses in each pan.
  2. Pour milk into 1 quart containers with light fitting lid. Add pudding mix.
  3. Cover tightly, shaking vigorously for at least 45 seconds.
  4. Pour evenly into glasses, gently stir in 1 1/4 cups of the cookies in whipped topping.
  5. Whisk in medium bowl, spoon evenly over pudding in glasses. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cookies.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
