another great one frome the little red book.while putting the book together one of the firefighters pulled this wounderful recipe on me...wanted to share a little humor with you...
- on a cypress board lay fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper,take and lay in sun make sure it is a bright sunnie day and hot.
- let lay in the sun for about 8 hours.
- take and remove fish from cypress board.
- then you eat the cypress board.
great recipe not very often do you find a fish recipe so loaded with fiber and what a great way to keep my clothing moth free at least while dining
Served this for special Sunday get together! was definitely a hit! added a touch of lemon and garlic. The only complaint I have is that it was a little tough...had to use a serrated blade, (the sheet rock knife worked great!) (since I nearly cut fingertips off a couple years ago, I am not allowed to use the circular saw...LOL)
