This is one of my favourites that my Mom made when I was little.Quick and easy to make and really good. Enjoy!

Directions

  1. Boil sugar, butter and milk for a few minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add cocoa and vanilla.
  3. Next add coconut and rolled oats. You need to have a fairly stiff batter, so if 3 cups of oats is not enough add a little bit more.
  4. Drop on waxed paper and let cool.
