Perfect summer treat. Fix it, freeze it, eat it.....now, how good is that!
- 1 quart coffee ice cream, softened
- 1 (9 inch) chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate syrup
- Spread ice cream into crust.
- Pour chocolate syrup on top and swirl with knife.
- Cover and freeze at least 2 hours.
- Serve frozen.
