  2. This is a fantastic drink! To me it tastes just like a liquid Andes Mint. I added 1 part Kahlua to one part Peppermint Schnapps and 1 part fat-free half and half and served over ice. It is just the ticket for a delicious nightcap : ) Thank you and pleasant dreams, Riffraff!
     
  3. Well, I had made Peppermint Schnapps #58983 and SA Kahlua #80075, so went looking for something to do with them, lol. I tried a few different combinations with varying proportions of the liqueurs and cream but this was by far my favorite, exactly what I was looking for. In fact, I think it may have just bumped out my nearly two-decades-long favorite, the White Russian...at least in the summer. The equal parts of Kahlua and Peppermint Schnapps are just perfect (I also added several ounces of cream)....very smooth, totally relaxing ~ in a word, perfect! Thanks SO much for posting. :o)
     
  4. I am not a big alcohol drinker, but I really liked this fine sippin' drink. I did add a good amount of cream. I will be having this again when the mood hits me! Thanks riffraff!
