My mother-in-law made these wonderful tarts that are unique because of the brown sugar. We love to eat a tart a day for several days since they freeze very well!
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix sugars and flour.
- Beat in eggs throughly.
- Add milk and vanilla.
- Add melted slightly cooled butter.
- Add pecans.
- Pour in to pastry tart shells.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool on rack for at least 10 minutes to set the filling.
