    My mother-in-law made these wonderful tarts that are unique because of the brown sugar. We love to eat a tart a day for several days since they freeze very well!

      Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

      Mix sugars and flour.

      Beat in eggs throughly.

      Add milk and vanilla.

      Add melted slightly cooled butter.

      Add pecans.

      Pour in to pastry tart shells.

      Bake for 25-30 minutes.

      Cool on rack for at least 10 minutes to set the filling.
