Mrs Paradine's Lemon Squares

"This is a wonderful recipe for lemon squares that I have been making for years! Mrs. P. was an elderly friend of my Mum's and I'm so glad I got this from her. If you love things lemon you will make these over and over!"

  1. Thanks Geo for this recipe. My DH loves things lemon...This was so easy and is very tasty. I didn't have enough lemon juice so I added 1 juiced lime to the lemon juice...made for a very flavourful dessert. We enjoyed it very much...
