I ate the entire first batch before anyone else had a chance. 2nd time I doubled the recipe with the following changes. I added one yellow and 1 red pepper. One additional onion, vadalia. I use Splenda instead of sugar, fabulous. Even doubled, this salad disappears very quickly. Thanks for a great recipe.

  2. Add vegetables and let stand in fridge overnight.
