I ate the entire first batch before anyone else had a chance. 2nd time I doubled the recipe with the following changes. I added one yellow and 1 red pepper. One additional onion, vadalia. I use Splenda instead of sugar, fabulous. Even doubled, this salad disappears very quickly. Thanks for a great recipe.

This salad is SO INCREDIBLY AWESOME. Just like you get at NYC's best Jewish delis. I added 1 tsp. of dry oregano just like I had it at Harrald's and it was perfection.

This was a good health salad. I personally don't care for a very sweet salad so I cut back on the sugar (I used a little less than 1/3 cup). I substituted a large red onion, which added color to the salad. I'll be using less oil next time, the salad was excessively oily for my taste. Thanks for posting this recipe.
