I made this for the "Taste of Yellow" event - May 2009 ... Very Delicious!!! I had a few issues though, I think 30 minutes is too long for the first baking of the crust. My crust was already brown around the edges. After about 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator the cream cheese and/lemon layers were still soft, I thought may have undercooked it. I have never had a Mrs.Field's Lemon Bar before, so I was expecting the center to have thickened up a lot more, so I put it back in the fridge for another hour, with the same results ..."super delicious". The homemade lemon curd is really good, but if you're in a hurry, maybe you could use the bottled stuff. This is going in my "Special Desserts" book ... thanks aliono for a winning recipe :)
