My mom's good friend Mrs. Barbara would always make this delicious crab dip for holidays and gatherings. She passed away over 15 years ago and I didn't think my mom had gotten the recipe from her before she died, but I found out this weekend that she had!! Can't wait to make this and remember all the good times we had with such a great lady.
- If you didn't pick the crab meat out of the crab yourself then I'd recommend going through it and picking out shells -- there are always a ton in the prepackaged stuff.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with your favorite crackers, crusty bread, bagel chips, pita chips, etc.
