  1. Toss all salad ingredients together or arrange attractively.
  2. For the dressing, saute mushrooms in sesame oil with soy sauce and oregano until cooked.
  3. Cool and then puree with sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and basil.
