This is a recipe that came from Gourmet magazine. I love it spread on pita crisps.


  1. Stir together all ingredients until well blended.

Quick and easy spread with lots of Italian flavor. I found I needed more pesto sauce to bind everything together.

Very savory combination of flavors! I popped a few of the pita chips in the oven and melted the dip on them...yummy-ola! Also, I chopped the tomatoes & some of the cheese in my little food processor, and that really melded the flavors nicely. The kids scarfed 'em down in no time flat! So I guess it's a winner!

Excellent! I love cheese and I love pesto...wooohooo! Subbed Monterey-Cheddar Blend for Mozz. Very tasty. Drizzled more pesto around the sides and added some diced tomatoes for color. Added Garlic toasties for crackers. Served for watching the NCAA finals. Everyone loved it. THX for posting.
