Found this on the backside of a mozz cheese package...and it definitely sounds yummy!
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of onion soup (like Campbells)
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 12 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soup and milk; pour over chicken.
- Top with mozzarella slices and bake 35-40 minutes until brown and bubbly.
