OMG.....just leave me the bread!!!! I loved this and could eat this for dinner alone. I have never thought of using texas toast for garlic bread but it worked like a charm. So good and looked nice too. Thank you for sharing this yummy recipe with us.......mmmmmmmm.

This was fast and easy to put together and resulted in a flavorful bread. I used french bread, parsley and minced green and white onions. Absolutely delicious! I served it with Mama's Angel Hair Pie (Spaghetti Pie) for Two. Thanks for sharing your yummy recipe NcMysteryShopper!

*Made for PAC Fall 2007* This was a nice twist on traditional garlic toast. The mayo and MJ cheese made the topping nice and creamy. I used parsley and thyme as my herbs. Loved the idea of using olive oil vs butter- Yummy! Nick's Mom

Fantastic! I LOVE that it not only tasted awesome but it also saved me money! I used a combo of parsley, basil, oregano and thyme and mozz and pepper jack cheese. I am FAMOUS for forgetting stuff under the broiler but fortunately this time I paid attn. :) Made an extra batch just like you recommended! PERFECT! Love that it is waiting in the freezer for me, ready for the next time I need a great garlic bread. Thank you NCM!

These were great, everybody in the family loved them. I used fresh parsley, basil and oregano and served it with spaghetti. They all wanted more!

Made this as an after-school snack for us yesterday and we all liked it very much. My herbs of choice were parsley, basil and fresh oregano and I left out the garlic powder.
