Yummy! My cheese oozed, but was still great. The sauce was pleasant but not too sweet. They were done after 15 minutes so I added the sauce and only cooked for a couple minutes more. This wil definately be on my Super Bowl menu!
this was a HUGE hit with my family. we had to bake them a little longer, they were still pretty pink inside after 30 min. My kids are begging for us to eat these weekly!!
My whole family enjoyed these meatballs! (My husband ate them on a hoagie bun as a meatball sandwitch) Also, I didn't have any red wine vinegar...so I used equal parts of grape jelly, water, and cider vinegar, combined to make 2/3 cup.
