I do not like the pimento olives so I left them out. I usually add more garlic to recipes, however for this one it was too much. Next time I will stick to the recipe and see how it goes. Will try again.

  1. Place all Basil Mayonnaise ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Combine all Salsa ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Form 1 pound ground beef into 4 patties. Place on heated grill pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 3 more minutes.
  4. Place 1 slice cheese on each burger. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes or until cheese melts.
