    These appetizers ar so fantastic, I just love making them for a treat on the weekends - soooo good!! I don't make the patties, I just make balls, with the mozzarella in the center, oh so good!! Just make them bite size - and everyone will enjoy them!!

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. 2
      Make small patties with ground beef, 2 inches wide, and 1/4 inch thick.
    3. 3
      Place a cube of cheese, cut 1/2 x1/2 inch in center of each patty.

      Close edges of beef around cheese roll slightly in palms of hand to form ball.
    5. 5
      Place in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400F for about 15 minutes. Flip each boulette after about 7 1/2 minutes.
