These appetizers ar so fantastic, I just love making them for a treat on the weekends - soooo good!! I don't make the patties, I just make balls, with the mozzarella in the center, oh so good!! Just make them bite size - and everyone will enjoy them!!


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Make small patties with ground beef, 2 inches wide, and 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place a cube of cheese, cut 1/2 x1/2 inch in center of each patty.
  4. Close edges of beef around cheese roll slightly in palms of hand to form ball.
  5. Place in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400F for about 15 minutes. Flip each boulette after about 7 1/2 minutes.
