    A Fantastic mixup from the ordinary meatloaf. Juicy and tender meat with a wonderful mix of flavors makes this an excellent addition to any personal cookbook.

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 10-12

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350 while mixing ingredients.
    2. 2
      Mix all ingredients in a large bowl thoroughly. Place in a large baking pan and cook at 350 for about 35-45 minutes, until inside of center meat is no longer pink.

      NOTE: I used dried crumbs from my left over recipe Spelt Flour Biscuits.

      You can substitute any type of ground meat for this meal and still have the wonderful taste achieved.
