This recipe is my take on a few recipes combined which suits my familys tastes. Its moist and flavorful bringing all the flavors of autumn into one delicious treat!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the pumpkin, sugar, oil and eggs together. In a seperate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices together.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients stirring to combine.
  4. Pour the batter equally into 3 9x3 loaf pans.
  5. Bake on 350 for 1 hour.
