Boy, oh boy, oh boy. It is morning and I am craving one of these right now. We made these and my whole family loved them. The maple is genius......loved it. Thank you for sharing.

Wow! This was so good. I can't wait to try your next recipe Chef RyGuy. This yummy treat was perfect. I used vanilla bean ice cream and good maple syrup, the flavours were perfectly balanced. I bet you could make a great homemade ice cream using this great recipe as a base.

What a treat. I made this with sugar free ice cream and no sugar added syrup to make it diabetic usable. The maple flavor comes through beautifully and it's thick but not too thick to use a straw. Congratulations to this young chef.
