I really enjoyed making this . . . "mousse" which, I think, is totally different from anything I've made before! Wasn't sure about the combo of eggs & tomatoes & cream, but I guess the French really do know how to cook! One thing you might want to do, though, is to add the bay leaf (mentioned in Step 2 of the Directions) to your list of ingredients! Thanks for sharing a most unusual recipe for this very tasty dish!
