  • We saute the onion with oil and minced meat, smother with the wine, add the tomato sauce diluted with some water and let it cook.
  • In the end we stir in the eggs, cheese and toast crumbs.
  • We fry the zucchini, eggplants and potatoes- all of them in flat slices cut sideways.
  • We spread the butter in a baking pan, sprinkling with toast crumbs, and layer with potatoes, filling, eggplant, filling, zucchini and filling.
  • We spread on the surface of the baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake until the cream begins to brown.
