    Directions:

      In a large bowl or roasting pan blend dry ingredients. Gently heat the oil, honey and molasses in a sauce pan. Add vanilla. Blend dry ingredients well with liquid. Then, add raisins. (I am guessing on the raisins. The original recipe calls for '3 handfuls' of raisins which Food.com frowns on.).

      In a roasting pan bake at 300F for 75 minutes, turning with a spatula every 15 minutes. Let cool. Store in a glass jar or cookie tin.
