Mostaccioli Salad

ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) box mostaccioli pasta (cooked)
- 1 1⁄2 cups oil
- 3⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 (3 7/8 ounce) can black olives
- 1 small zucchini
- 1⁄2 pint cherry tomatoes
directions
- Chop up all veggies and olives to the size you like.
- Toss pasta with veggies.
- Mix remaining ingredients (liquids and seasonings) and pour over pasta and veggies.
- Refrigerate to allow to marinate together.
- The longer this sits the better it is.
