Easy, no fail and delisioso, especially with prepared pie crust.

  1. In bowl, whisk the eggs lightly.
  2. Add all ingredients one at a time, blending as you add.
  3. Stir in pecans with a spoon and pour mixture into unbaked pie crust, use a 9" pie plate.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, let cool completely and keep in fridge.
