The combination of flavors in this is wonderful! I used a mild chili powder so my three year old could eat it too. We made the Spiced Chicken recipe with it and the whole family loved it!

This went well with the Tilapia I had yesterday, as well as the grilled vegetables I had last night, and the chicken I had today. It is a great blend with a ton of versatility that I am glad to appreciate.

What a great spice mix! Nice blend of "hot" spices and "sweet" spices that is perfect for chicken. I used this on your Moroccan-Spiced Chicken Breasts and we really enjoyed it - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for ZWT6, Zwizzle Chicks

Of the three Spice Mixes that I made today this was my absolute favorite. This is spicey but I think that the dried orange zest must have helped to cut the heat down a bit. This has wonderful flavor and I will be using this as a rub again for meat. I rubbed the spice over chicken and we grilled it outside. Made for ZWT #6 - 2010

I've made once a Moroccan chicken using all these ingredients. The chicken was out of this world ,so I'm so glad I found this spice mix.Made for ZWT6.

This is a lively blend, and was wondering why I hadn't used this before? Wow, perfect on lamb (which I rubbed on) and grilled outside. I didn't change one thing about this recipe, and this made a perfect amount. No waste, and the taste is amazing! I can see even rubbing this on some nice delicate fish for a real taste sensation!
