This is a nice salmon dish! I scaled the recipe to 1 serving with good results. This is very nice combination of veggies and spices that pair well with the flavor of the salmon. Thanks for posting this recipe! Made for the Best of 2008 event

This is definitely a keeper! Even though I had to skip the red and green bell peppers, the salmon still tasted juicy and the juice is fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing! :)

what a wonderful salmon dish that is full-flavoured, I used Atlantic salmon fillets, did a few amount adjustments and genorously seasoned with lemon pepper in place of the black pepper, I left the skin on the salmon for extra flavor, thanks for sharing this great recipe BC!

We really enjoyed this and it tasted very authentic to me. I usually get a dish like this with white fish at a restaurant by my house. Only thing I did different was add a little bit more lemon juice some tamatoe sauce and a splash of chicken stock. I like a thicker sauce to dip my bread in and eat it like that and more traditional. I serverd with some Zaatar Bread mmmmmmmm. Thanks BBC
