  2. Rub into steaks prior to grilling or broiling.
  3. Enough for four to five steaks.

Trish this is a great recipe, I put in Spanish paprika in to pump it up, and put it on a pork roast, chick pea and coriander cakes, potatoe and chick pea salad (hot) with green beans. What a meal. Thanks for your recipe. Superb. Chris

This is superb. First, I used it on steaks with my dad grilling. It was a huge hit with the family. It had a nice, rich, smoky taste without having a too-strong charred flavor. Tonight, I used it to season some oven-roasted potatoes at the dorms, and my friends all loved it. They enjoyed the potatoes more than the actual main course!
