Moroccan Party Dip

  • Chop garlic and parsley finely.
  • Place garlic and parsley in a blender or food processor. Add chick peas, lemon juice, Tahini paste, salt and Tabasco sauce and process until very smooth. Approximately 1minute. Scrapping down the sides, as needed.
  • Place dip in a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Place bowl in the center of a large platter. Arrange prepared vegetables, pita wedges and pretzels and serve.
