We enjoyed these tasty potatoes very much. You could taste all the individual flavors which was lovely. The potatoes were tender on top and crisp on the bottom. I used dried cliantro because I didn't have any ground. Thanks for sharing your recipe Sarah_Jayne.
I liked the spice mixture on the potatoes. It was different and perked up oven potatoes. Made during ZWT6.
Fabulous!!! What a great easy way to do potatoes! Only change I made was to use 1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped cilantro. Easy and delicious!! Made for Team SSaSSy - ZWT6!
These were great! Cinnamon is one of my favorite spices and did not disappoint in this potato dish. I added a turnip since I had one in the fridge to be used and that also tasted wonderful with this mix of spices. I cubed my potatoes and turned the heat up to 425 and they were nice and golden in 30 minutes. Made for ZWT6.
Great potatoes, the flavors were nice and I like the taste of oven baked potatoes. I have a french fry cutter, so I just used that and it worked fine. Made for ZWT6.
Very, very nice tasting potatoes! We were pleasantly surprised at the inclusion of cinnamon & garlic, which combined well with the other seasonings! I did have a bit of left over mashed potatoes from the day before so chopped up a few of these potato rounds & added them to the mashed ones, then heated them in the microwave ~ That, too, made for a nice serving of potatoes!
