This can be used to give Moroccan flavor to any fish. Use up to 1 tsp per kilogram of fish.
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- Blend all the spices together.
- Store in an airtight container up to 6 months.
Great for a coating on fish. I used cod and first marinated in oil and salt and pepper, then rubbed with the sauce and sauteed. Delish! I didn't have hot paprika, so used sweet paprika and some smoked paprika. Thanks! Made for the Looney Spoon Phoodies for ZWT#6.
