This was a delicious stew! It was simple to make and fast for a stew. It would be easy to make on a week night, but delicious enough to serve to guests. I had everything on hand to make this which is a bonus! I did use regular couscous because I didn't have whole wheat, I'll try the whole wheat another time. Thanks for posting this, it is great for someone like me that is new to Moroccan food. Made for ZWT9
