I had one cup of brown rice leftover and thought I'd try something new for breakfast. This was very pleasing and different. Great start to the day. Cook time does not include cooking the rice as this is for leftovers or planned overs.

Excellent - the vanilla and cinnamon make this a pudding for breakfast! I used brown rice syrup and rice milk and heated it on stove top. Will make it again :) Thanks for posting!

- 1 cup brown rice, leftover, cooked without butter or salt
- 2 -4 tablespoons skim milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
