A low calorie shake for the morning.
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 banana
- 2 strawberries or 1⁄4 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 3 -6 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until frothy.
I used frozen sliced strawberries, frozen banana and 3 ice cubes. The end result was a thick and delicious smoothie with lots of fruit flavor.

This was a wonderful and refreshing fruit smoothie. I made it after I went for my morning jog. Very thirst quenching. I made it with strawberries because I can't get melons yet. Slightly sweet and tangy. Thanks
