I used frozen sliced strawberries, frozen banana and 3 ice cubes. The end result was a thick and delicious smoothie with lots of fruit flavor.people found this review Helpful. This was a wonderful and refreshing fruit smoothie. I made it after I went for my morning jog. Very thirst quenching. I made it with strawberries because I can't get melons yet.
