This is a nice smoothie that is easy to enjoy during Phase 1. Adapted from new book.
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup coffee, brewed
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 6 ice cubes
- Process in blender until frothy.
This was pretty good. I used soy milk unflavored and a few more pieces of ice but not bad!
I just made one of these and it's pretty good! I didnt have FF choc syrup so I used 2 tsp cocoa powder and a splash of vanilla. I also added more ice cubes to thicken it. I would make it again.
