As a special treat why not wake up to the wonderful taste of these nutritious muffins.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line 12 muffin cups with paper cups.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients and raisins.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Combine pineapple ,juice ,milk,oil and egg whites.
  6. Add wet ingredients to dry.
  7. Mix until just moistened.
  8. Fill muffin cups to 7/8 full
  9. Bake 20 minutes or til golden.
  10. Cool 10 minutes.
