Works great if you are up early and need to feed the gang in a short time.

Directions

  1. In a medium ­size bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, egg whites, milk, mustard, garlic salt and salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Lightly grease the bottom of your crockpot. Place half the hash browns on the bottom.
  3. Layer with half of the bacon, chopped onion, bell peppers, broccoli and cheese.
  4. Place the remaining hash browns over the mixture already in the crock pot. Top with the rest of the veggies, bacon and cheese.
  5. Pour all of the egg mixture on top. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve immediately.
