  • Whisk together Eagle Brand, eggs and melted butter. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon, applesauce, pecans and raisins, if using.
  • Pour batter evenly into parchment paper-lined 13x9 baking dish. Arrange the apples in rows over batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  • Bake in preheated 325F oven 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish as desired.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
